Accounts or Finance Assistant, Cashier Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Sales Ledger Clerk.

The End Point Assessment (EPA) assesses your skills, knowledge, and behaviour gained throughout the course, validating your readiness to excel in the field.

You will showcase your expertise, demonstrating your ability to apply learned concepts. Typically, the EPA consist of structured interview supported by portfolio of evidence and an in-tray test. The test provides for an in-tray exercise based on a fictitious organisation’s scenario, which replicates the typical work an Accounts/Finance Assistant will have to manage in a workplace. The scenarios may be based on a variety of different organisational structures or operations and success will require an integration of the technical knowledge and skills required for the standard.
