Comprised of three education-centric companies, LMP Group has one mission to create inspirational journeys and deliver excellence through learning. We unlock both business and personal opportunities whilst acting as a catalyst for social change across the UK. Our aim is to bring positive and sustainable development to our communities.

Established in 2004, our journey began as a residential summer basketball camp that was designed to give children the opportunity to engage with others and learn life skills to prepare them for life outside education systems, a mission that still drives our company today.

In 2023, the LMP Group companies, LMP Education, Inspire ATA and LMP Action joined the SEG Group to continue to make a difference to education and have a positive impact on society.

LMP Education won the Rate My Apprenticeship ‘Best Training Provider’ Award, and Inspire ATA won the ‘Best Apprenticeship Employer’ Award 2024/25.

LMP Education offers a range of apprenticeships training programmes across 3 key service areas: Teaching, & Early Years, Finance and Business & Professional Services. Rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. LMP Education also provides short courses to support adults with learning, employability skills and continued professional development through its AEB provision.

Inspire ATA is the UK’s leading Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency, offering short-term apprenticeship placements through a unique recruit, train and deploy model.

Inspire ATA specialises in creating apprenticeship opportunities for young people entering the workforce for the first time. Inspire ATA recruits apprentices on behalf of the ‘host’ client, enabling us to offer additional support and a better experience for both apprentice and client.

Inspire ATA is approved by the Department for Education as a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency and is listed on the Flex-Job Apprenticeship Agency Register (FJARR). Best Apprenticeship Employer 2024/25 in the UK by RateMyApprenticeship.

LMP Action is a Community Interest Company working to influence communities by working with young people to shape their futures and nurture their ambitions.

Programmes include residential summer camps, transition camps (supporting young people transitioning into secondary school) alternative provision (for 12 to16- year-olds at risk of exclusion), careers workshops, works experience, CSR and other enrichment programmes that add value to young people and the communities we serve.
