COMMITTED TO TRANSFORMING FUTURES

Our alternative provision encompasses inclusion, restoration and self-awareness practices. Harnessing personal responsibility and growth to support and develop young people. LMP Action is experienced in delivering support to young people to help them reintegrate into mainstream education by using restorative practice, specialist programmes, vocational qualifications and core subject learning where attending mainstream education is not suitable.

We are committed to providing intervention, positive relationships and varied learning styles to aid a young person’s success and give them the best possible opportunities. When it comes to school and education, we understand that everyone is different. It is absolutely crucial that individuals are given the tools, support and network they need to success.

Our nationwide provision is innovative, and we are experienced in delivering support to help young people stay in mainstream education and specialist programmes, vocational qualifications and mentoring where mainstream education is not suitable.

Our impact

Working with students aged 11-16, the large demand for alternative provision has never been clearer. Coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, our young people need extra support day-to-day. From restorative practices, focusing on emotional literacy and personal responsibility, to vocational qualifications and reintegration interventions to give learners the tools to put their best foot forward when returning to school. In the last academic year, 2022/23, the alternative provision team saw over 7,000 interactions with our learners. Working efficiently to gain 60% of achievers a full vocational qualification.

The level of support provided for the young person on the Alternative Education provision was fantastic. The teaching was organised, nurturing, aspirational and creatively supporting complex needs. I would recommend LMP Action without hesitation.
