Welcome to the LMP Group website. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use this website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

We have several provisions funded separately. Acceptance onto programmes is defined by funding policy such as the below, please enquire about the eligibility before applying.

We hope that you have a great time participating in our programmes or training. Please read and be aware of the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Loss or Injury:

You understand that the organisers (directors, employees, contractors, and volunteers) of LMP Group (including Let Me Play trading as LMP Education, LMP Action, and Inspire ATA) led programmes, activities, and training are not liable for any personal loss or injury that the participant may sustain.

2. Eligibility:

Due to the nature of the programmes and activities we deliver, eligibility criteria are in place for acceptance onto programmes. Please enquire about this before you apply for training or a programme.

3. Course Access:

Access Period: Upon successful enrolment, you will have access to the course materials for the duration specified on the course page.

Non-Transferable: Course access is granted to you alone and is non-transferable. Sharing your login details with others is prohibited.

4. Insurance:

We have our own public liability insurance; however, participation in our activities is at the participant’s own risk.

5. Safety:

Regulations made for the health, safety, and comfort of participants must be observed. These will be unique to each programme.

6. Intellectual Property:

Course Content: All course materials, including videos, texts, and quizzes, are the intellectual property of LMP Education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our express written permission.

Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are the property of LMP Education (Let Me Play Ltd.). You are not permitted to use these without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct:

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the website, an LMP programme or content for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to upload any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability:

No Warranty: The website and courses are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

Limited Liability: To the extent permitted by law, LMP Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or courses.

We have an up-to-date insurance policy covering:

  1. Employers Liability Insurance with a limit of £10,000,000 for any one event, reducing to £5,000,000 for terrorism.
  2. Public Liability Insurance with a limit of £10,000,000 for any one event.
  3. Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of £5,000,000 for any one claim

9. Privacy Policy:

Data Collection: We collect certain data from users to provide and improve our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used.

Data Protection: We take reasonable measures to protect user data. You have rights regarding your data, including the right to access and delete your data.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. User Content:

Content Submission: Users may submit content to the website, including comments and reviews. By submitting content, you grant LMP Group a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

Content Rights: Users retain ownership of their content but grant LMP Education the rights to use it as described.

Account Termination: LMP Education reserves the right to terminate user accounts, access to programmes or training at our discretion, including for breaches of these terms.

Service Termination: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website or services at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution:

Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration rather than in court.

Complaint Handling: Users can raise complaints through our specified process. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

14. Modification of Service:

Service Changes: LMP Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or services at any time without notice.

15. Changes to These Terms:

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated. Continued use of the website or continued participation or engagement of any of our courses or programmes after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

17. Cancellation:

LMP Group reserves the right to cancel any activity or training programme should minimum numbers not be met or circumstances dictate that it is in the best interest of the organisation, staff members, or participants to cancel.

18. Application Form for Camp Programmes:

All participants in the holiday activity programme must sign up for programmes ahead of time. We only accept participants who have received confirmation from LMP that a place is confirmed. A system-generated confirmation is not sufficient; you must have a confirmation from a named staff member.

19. Video Footage and Photographs:

Video footage and photographs may be taken during the sessions for teaching purposes, records, and promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing via info@lmp-group.co.uk if you/your child would like to be excluded from this.

20. Travel:

In the event of an emergency (e.g., hospital visits), you understand that you/your child may be transported by car driven by an organiser or staff member if most appropriate.

21. Collection/Drop Off for Camp Programmes:

You consent to your child making their own way to and from the activity unless you inform us otherwise.

23. Payments & Refunds:

There are no refunds for commercial courses purchased with us, and you must utilise the course within the specified time limits.
