Virtual Learning Environment through Mindful Education

LMP Education delivers a range of enhanced AAT accounting apprenticeships in collaboration with Mindful Education. These programmes include an online and virtual classroom to provide additional flexibility for learners and employers. On-demand access to high-quality online finance training means that learners can study on their own terms, as their work schedule allows. Apprentices also benefit from blended learning and regular online classes with an expert LMP tutor who guides them through their programme.

The Process

Step One

Choose which apprenticeship is for you

If you are already employed and looking to upskill, you can apply to an apprenticeship directly via this form . If you are not employed, you will need to explore our range of current apprenticeship vacancies .

Step Two

Submit your application

Like any other job application, you will most likely need to complete an application form and submit any other documents such as your CV and cover letter.

Step Three

Attend an interview

If you’re shortlisted as a good fit for the job, you will be contacted to schedule an interview. The interview process will vary for each job, but this will be explained to you in full when we first speak to you.

Step Four

Day one

If you’re successful and accept the job offer, congratulations! Your new employer will be in touch to arrange a start date, and you’ll likely have an onboarding meeting with your assigned personal tutor and your employer/manager to welcome you to the course and get things started!

All our programmes are certified and delivered through a distance learning platform, allowing your staff members to choose when and where they study. They will also be assigned a personal tutor who will support them in their learning.
