Sher-Ali has a busy home life, but that does not stop him from working hard and dedicating his time to making a difference around the school and within the wider community. Within the school, Sher-Ali is an amazing role model for the children, and he actively gets involved in organising and running events and activities such as sports day, gardening and creating display boards. In the wider community,
Sher-Ali also supports with football coaching and other activities and is passionate about supporting the teenagers in the local area to keep them safer on the streets. Sher-Ali really does go above and beyond in his role and deserves recognition for it. Well done for all your hard work Sher-Ali!”
Feedback from line manager at Starbank School included;
“Sher-Ali is a hard working and diligent individual. He is committed to working hard for the pupils and staff he supports. As a school, we have seen the journey Sher-Ali has been on and he continues to strive to better himself. He reflects on his role and actively seeks out advice – a great trait to have. Sher-Ali can be relied upon to fill in any role without any questions asked, he understands the direction of the school and supports the leadership team. We value his commitment and will continue to support him in developing himself.
I would also like to nominate Sher-Ali for his hard work and selfless commitment he has for mentoring and supporting the youth within his local community. Through his own experiences, Sher-Ali works tirelessly to ensure the teenagers he supports have a future and have someone to turn to if and when they have issues. A huge well done and a valued member of our team!”
Well done Sher-Ali from everyone at LMP Education.
