I am really enjoying my Children, Young People and Families Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship. It is allowing me to really understand and develop the skills to be an effective leader, negotiator and communicator.
As part of this apprenticeship I am now managing a volunteer who comes into school to support me in the planning and running of parent workshops. I am excited about what the year ahead will bring.
