About LMP

LMP Group is a group of 3 companies focused on education and social impact, working together to bring about positive, sustainable change. The various divisions of LMP service schools, businesses and individuals across the UK through apprenticeship training & recruitment, alternative education, adult education, employability support, enrichment programmes and residential camps.

The board is characterised by:

  • A small committed board appointed for their skills and experience.
  • Clear Terms of Reference identifying the advisory nature of the board and its responsibility to the company directors.
  • A schedule of meetings with a pre-agreed agenda, written reports and minutes capturing key discussion and agreed actions
  • A supportive, open and where necessary challenging culture focussed on the achievement of aspirational aims and objectives.
  • Ethical conduct which stands up to scrutiny and sets a tone for the organisation as a whole.

Purpose
of the Advisory Board

The purpose of the LMP board is to provide advisory services to the organisation, guidance on strategy and scrutiny of business operations. Board members include:

Integrity, Procedures and Compliance

The LMP Group is made up of Let Me Play Ltd. (T/A LMP Education), Inspire ATA Ltd. and LMP Action C.I.C. and has robust governance arrangements in place. There are two Co-Founders and Directors, Matthew Lord and Amy Lalla, and three other Directors, Jamie McVey, Kimberley Gotts and Lisa Kilgallon that oversee the organisations within the LMP Group, and an Advisory Board Representative, Rob Mottram.
