First Day of Learning provides 100% learner satisfaction 

LMP Education place the learner at the centre of everything especially when it comes to the learner experience on the first day of learning.  

After a change in process, we recently conducted a survey with learners to measure how effective the enrolment, induction and First Day of Learning are. The result of the survey revealed the extent to which LMP Education is able to meet and exceed learners’ needs and expectations. 

The survey results revealed that 100% of learners confirmed that they feel that they enrolled on the right course for them following induction. Additionally, 97% of learners stated that they understand the requirements within their apprenticeship. 

The feedback received from learners has been fantastic with learners stating that they “feel so much more in the know and ready for my journey” and that the induction was “very useful.” 

LMP Education intends to use the results of this survey and additional feedback provided to continue to improve our induction and onboarding processes to ensure that all learners and employers are fully equipped and understand the apprenticeship process.
