LMP Group is thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded Investors in People Platinum! This achievement comes after several years of work to ensure the continuous investment in company culture within the group, as Kimberley Gotts, Associated Business Director at LMP Group said:
“What a proud moment! After five years leading our Investors in People journey, I’m absolutely thrilled to celebrate that we’ve achieved ‘We Invest in People Platinum’. The highest level of accreditation. Only 7% of organisations reach this standard, and it reflects the incredible culture, commitment, and passion of our people. I’m so proud to have been part of shaping this journey. What a team!”
Investors in People commended LMP Group for its “positive organisational culture” and its clear purpose. The report highlighted that the group was described as a place “where people are trusted, supported and able to add impact.” The inspectors noted that people feel valued, appreciated, heard, trusted and say that LMP is a great place to work.
Over the years LMP Group has worked to improve its employee benefits which did not go unnoticed by the report, specifically highlighting its wellbeing initiatives and learning and development opportunities.
A point of pride was how seamlessly LMP Group integrated with Supporting Education Group, after joining it in 2023. The report states that “people are excited by the opportunities that being part of a wider group has given.”
LMP’s CSR initiative was applauded saying “your CSR activities are fabulous from the work you do within LMP action with the holiday camps and the festive hampers, staff, volunteering days, tree planting for every successful learner, supporting beehives, beach clean ups, social change, TA level 5 qualification development and environmental sustainability generally.”
The year has seen excellent results and achievements for LMP Group, including LMP Education being graded Ofsted Good, receiving Leaders in Safeguarding Gold accreditation, and winning Best Apprenticeship Employer for Inspire ATA, and Best Training Provider for LMP Education in 2024. All these accolades were highlighted in the Investor in People report, showing the impact of LMP Group as a whole.
LMP Group consistently aims to develop and innovate its work and teams. This was noted by Investors in People as they commended on the groups recruitment and promotion practices, onboarding process, investment in new systems and “passion to continuously improve and innovate.”
Amy Lalla, Managing Director and Co-Founder of LMP Group said: “This is a real pinch-me moment. I love this for our incredible team, for the culture we’ve created and the values everyone lives every single day. It’s an absolute privilege to work alongside such an incredible team – their energy, authenticity, and commitment to each other are what make achievements like this possible.”
Matthew Lord, Managing Director and Co-Founder of LMP Group added: “What a year it has been across LMP Education, LMP Action and Inspire ATA. This award is simply the icing on the cake of what has been a year to remember; this summer, we achieved Leaders in Safeguarding ‘Gold’, Ofsted grade ‘Good’, as well as successfully managing audits from both the Greater London Authority and the Department for Education, and now we are heading into our biggest ever Q4.”
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate LMP Group. Platinum accreditation on We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places LMP Group in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
LMP Group is proud of all that our teams have achieved over the past few years, and we intend to continue to grow focusing on impact on our employees, learners, employer partners and communities.
