LMP Group is driven by 4 core values: Be Inspiring, Take Action, Have Compassion, and Ensure Equality. These values are at the heart of everything we do, shaping our workplace culture and how work with our learners, staff and stakeholders.

Through this new article series, we will be breaking down each of the LMP Group core values and discussing how our work ensures that we meet these values. Today we will be focusing on the value: Take Action.

Responding to market needs

LMP Group Takes Action to support growing and developing individuals across different sectors through the range of services we offer.

Education

LMP Education’s apprenticeships aim to help tackle the skills gap across industries. We do this not only be delivering exceptional programmes, but also by continuously finding gaps in the market and striving to deliver programmes to help close those gaps.

For example, we support the educational sector through specialised SEND pathways to tackle the SEND crisis, our recently launched Safeguarding Support Officer programme provides essential training for school staff, and our Future Leaders programme aims to close the skills gap in middle management.

Jobs

LMP Group offers a range of apprenticeships through Inspire ATA who work on a unique Flexi-job apprenticeship model. Through this model, Inspire ATA act as the employer while a company hosts an apprentice through them. This model offers flexibility and reduces stress for employers, making them more likely to take on new staff and helping to grow future generations and skills.

LMP Education’s apprenticeships also help develop new talent in a range of career pathways. Additionally, it offers over 40 Short Online Courses funded by the Adult Skills Fund. These courses help individuals develop skills that can support them through their career whether it’s in a current role, a career shift, or return to work.

Through these programmes LMP Group has had a £2 million economic impact, with 229 new jobs created by Inspire ATA and the group as a whole supporting 1,141 people into an apprenticeship.

LMP Action

LMP Action works closely with schools and local authorities to tackle the most pressing issues within education currently: The Behaviour Crisis, The Exclusion Crisis, and The SEND Crisis. Through the work they deliver in Alternative Provision and the various camps they have been able to help young people through their educational journey and saying £1 million pounds for schools.

Corporate Social Responsibility

To ensure we remain sustainable, we consider both the economy, our communities, and the environment. Alongside our work in LMP Education, LMP Action, and Inspire ATA we also have a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focusing on environmental impact as well as community engagement facilitating volunteering opportunities within the group as well as partnering with businesses to drive positive environmental and social change.
