Last week colleagues from across LMP Group met at the University of Warwick to celebrate LMP’s 20th anniversary. The conference, held over two days, brought together the teams from LMP Education, Inspire ATA and LMP Action to reflect, recognise and celebrate achievements over the last 20 years.

The conference was a fantastic opportunity for collaboration and it celebrated the successes in the growth, development and impact of the LMP Group.

The event, which was attended by 150+ staff members, had a strong focus on the people, learners and support provided by LMP. Co-founders and directors, Amy Lalla and Matthew Lord opened the conference with a nostalgic look back over the last 20 years and then gave an update on future direction and developments. Directors Jamie McVey, Kathryn Osborn, Lisa Kilgallon and Kimberley Gotts also presented valuable insights along with fun, team-building activities for the LMP staff.

LMP Group also celebrated their recent double awards win for ‘Best Training Provider’ and ‘Best Apprenticeship Employer’ at the RateMyApprenticeship awards and the teams were treated to entertainment and celebration reception.

Congratulations to all the award winners at the LMP values awards. For ‘Collaboration’ the winners were Karen Livsey, Louu Lear, Nataly Karcz, Cheryl Shepherd. For ‘Communication’ the winners were Paul Cashman, Scarlet Horsey, Natasha Barrell. For ‘Cohesion’ the winners were Mani Bahra, Jo Finch, Vicky Hewitson. For ‘Care’ the winners were Emily Nicholson, Hannah Bland, Anita De Villiers.

Co-founder and Director Amy Lalla said;

“These last two days have been fantastic to get together and connect again and to remember why we do what we do. It’s all of you living and breathing this and we have such fantastic memories from over the last 20 years. Thank you for being on this journey with us thank you for sharing all of it with us – I look forward to the next 20 years.”

Co-founder and Director Matt Lord also added;

“We have been creating inspirational journeys and delivering excellence in education since 2004 and I am very proud of all our achievements.  We have had our biggest and best conference to date, and I am very grateful to everyone at LMP. This year is extra special as we have won the RateMyApprenticeship ‘Best Training Provider’ award and ‘Best Employer’ awards. This is the icing on the ‘LMP birthday cake’ because these awards are based on learner reviews, and we are delighted that our learners rate us so highly.”
