This month we’d like to congratulate Zoe Bakewell, Teaching Assistant from Tenbury High Ormiston Academy for achieving Apprentice of the Month. Zoe was nominated by her tutor Leala Winship.
“I’d like to nominate Zoe for going above and beyond in her apprenticeship by completing all 92 online CPD courses on the Teaching Assistant Development Programme (TADP) by Anspear.
I believe she deserves to be rewarded for this as she has put 110% commitment into her apprenticeship both within her coursework and in her practice.
She has received amazing feedback from her line manager Harry Watts who states “Zoe has been a fantastic asset and member of the academy and we have been very lucky to have her working with us at THOA. She has bought such positivity and a hard work ethic.
Without Zoe we would not be able to support so many children at the academy, including the whole of Year 7, with a focus on the children with an EHCP in Year 7 this academic year and last year’s Year 11s.
Zoe’s work with a specific Year 11 last year, without the support, this child would not have achieved the GCSE grades that he did.”
