This policy relates to Let Me Play Ltd, Inspire ATA Ltd and LMP Action C.I.C, known as
“LMP Group” or “the company”. The policy applies to all three companies and is the
standard by which we adhere to.

hssc 1 hour HubSpot sets this cookie to keep track of sessions and to determine if
HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the hstc cookie.

hstc 6 months Hubspot set this main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain,
initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and
session number (increments for each subsequent session).

Hubspotutk 6 months HubSpot sets this cookie to keep track of the visitors to the
website. This cookie is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when

LMP collects statistical information such as page view, and browser statistics. These are
collected anonymously and are strictly not sold or disclosed to others.

We may collect non-personal identification information about users when they interact with
the site. Non–personal identification information may include, but is not limited to,
browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users’ means of
connection to the site. This may include the operating system and the internet service
providers utilised and other similar information.

 

LMP does not retain clients’ personal information longer than is necessary for the
purposes of compliance with the law and routine administration.

LMP keeps client information on controlled facilities, which are secured against
unauthorised access. Proof of identity will be required before information is released to
any person, including the client. LMP typically communicates with its clients through a
combination of Phone, Written, and Email correspondence.

We strictly do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of
16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any personal information
