LMP Awarded Investors in People GOLD Accreditation

We are proud to announce that Let Me Play Ltd /LMP Education, an employability/apprenticeship training provider and social impact organisation, has been awarded the We invest in people, GOLD accreditation.

Investors in People Gold accreditation means that we’ve got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from our Senior Executive Board to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.

Only 17% of Investors in People accredited organisations achieve Gold. We were delighted to hear that that “our values are completely embedded in the business practice and are at the heart of everything we do” and that we have an “inclusive, caring and family feel organisational culture”.

As leaders of the organisation, the Directors couldn’t be prouder of each and every individual that is a part of our LMP family and of the “social impact we have as an organisation and the drive to create opportunities for as many people as possible to inspire their ambition and widen their horizons – for both our learners and employees”.
