Inspire ATA launches Super September, a new support staff solution for schools

Earlier this year Inspire ATA received government approval to place support staff in to schools under the new Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency scheme.

We are one of a small number of organisations on the the Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency Register, a process with the ESFA, that considers due diligence, financial management and operational details.

As a result, Inspire ATA can recruit and employ apprentices and place them with employers, some on a short-term contract if required. Our aim is to place 200 apprentices into support staff positions in schools during the month of September.

The Super September solution includes a free recruitment service, and the model is designed to alleviate schools from the pressure of onboarding new support staff and also reduce employment liability during one of the busiest times of the year.

Inspire ATA deals with all advertising, recruitment, payroll, enrolment, communication, links to training providers and learning engagement. We employ the apprentice and the school simply ‘hosts’ the candidate for a monthly charge.

Our research has shown growing skills gaps in the following areas and we regularly place apprentices of all ages into the following apprenticeship roles :-

Teaching Assistant

Early Years Educator

Office Administrator

Digital Marketer

Accounts Assistant

IT Support

With a proven track record of recruiting within the education sector, Inspire ATA has a growing database of candidates ready to start in September. We have recently won 3^rd best apprenticeship employer in the UK at the RateMyApprenticeship awards 22/23.

Hosting an apprentice is a very quick and easy solution to taking on support staff. We provide talented apprentices that can work 34 hours a week Monday to Friday with the flexibility that can be increased to match work schedules.

We can also upskill any existing staff within a school and work with our sister company and leading training provider LMP Education to deliver a complete package.
