I started working for the Maritime Academy Trust as a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice with LMP Education. As I progressed through the first year and completed my learning alongside work, my confidence really grew.
When I finished my apprenticeship, I was offered a permanent position. This has given me an exciting opportunity to experience new challenges which will enable me to continue to develop and progress professionally.
