LMP Education, in partnership with Oasis Community Learning, has launched an inspiring new video showcasing how apprenticeships drive growth, attract new talent and upskill staff across their organisation.

LMP Education has supported Oasis Community Learning for more than 6 years, and through its apprenticeship programme, Oasis has seen many staff members grow and develop.
Filmed on site at Oasis Academy Clarksfield and Oasis Academy Limeside, Oldham discover how Oasis is creating new opportunities and building a stronger future for their community through the power of apprenticeships.
Danielle Burns, Operational Manager, Oasis Limeside, said, ‘We use apprenticeships to develop and grow our own talent, and this is very important to us.’
Rebecca Morrish, Principal, Oasis Clarksfield, commented: ‘We have been investing in lots of apprentices to help create a really strong team from diverse backgrounds and this is working very well for our team.’
Laura Bullen, Head of Operational Learning and Development added ‘We have a great partnership with LMP Education and use apprenticeships for talent attraction and staff development to meet the needs of our people.’
