The Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) crisis is one of the most pressing issues for schools today. Year on year the number of pupils requiring SEND support has been rising which puts a strain on an already struggling education system. Providing students with the right support and schools and parents with the right resources to support students is crucial in tackling the SEND crisis.
SEND pathways
LMP Education offers several pathways for Teaching Assistants and support staff who look to specialise in supporting pupils with Special Education Needs (SEN). These programmes are specifically curated to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to support SEN pupils.
Short SEND Courses
LMP Education has a number of short SEND courses to help school staff and parents learn and understand SEND and how to support pupils with SEN.
LMP Action offers a range of Alternative Provision solutions to support learners who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools.
