LMP Education is excited to announce the launch of our brand-new apprenticeship programme: Level 3 Coaching, Learning and Development Practitioner. Responding to current industry challenges, this funded training aims to help resolve the gaps often seen in Learning & Development (L&D) business areas, helping organisations improve their existing provision.

Recent studies have shown that investing in training and development supports higher staff retention. Employees are more likely to stay and feel valued when their company invests in their skill growth. Well-implemented CPD programs can improve employee retention by up to 30%, saving organisations thousands of pounds in recruitment and onboarding costs.

The Coaching, Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeshipis a funded training programme designed for staff working in a training or people development role.  Learners who complete this programme will also benefit from an additional ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching. 

The programme includes digital, blended, and face-to-face learning approaches This allows organisations to scale training efficiently and keep up with modern L&D practices. Apprentices are trained to measure training impact and analyse learning data (e.g. evaluating effectiveness of learning interventions).

Coaching, Learning and Development Practitioners will get involved with identifying learning and training needs and work to design or source training and learning solutions. Individuals in this role will support the delivery and evaluation of the training, working with stakeholder to ensure the training is effective and aligned with organisational needs.

This programme can be funded via the Levy (funding value is £4,000)
