How are we doing this
✔Offsetting Carbon footprint with our tree planting programme ✔ Sponsoring Beehives in the Black Mountains ✔ Sourcing of ethical merchandise across the group ✔ Providing up to date information for all staff on reducing carbon footprint.
Ethical Business Practices
LMP Action is a Community Interest Company working to influence communities by working with young people to shape their futures and nurture their ambitions.
Programmes include residential summer camps, transition camps (supporting young people transitioning into secondary school) alternative provision (for 12 to16- year-olds at risk of exclusion), careers workshops, work experience, CSR and other enrichment programmes that add value to young people and the communities we serve.
Wates have been partnering with LMP Action for 6 years to co-design and deliver engaging residential and summer programmes for young people, supporting them to explore their potential, grow in confidence and build awareness about careers in construction.
