Let us help YOUR business to increase social impact

We provide opportunities and support social change across the UK. Our teams work with employer partners in flexible ways to practice corporate social responsibility to improve communities and the economy.

We have partnered with many organisations to create bespoke career programmes which have provided students with hands-on experience, mentorship and exposure to different industries.

Support Alternative Provision

Alternative provision encompasses inclusion, restoration and self-awareness practices.

By harnessing personal responsibility and growth we can support and develop young people who fall out of mainstream education.

Alternative provision programmes offer critical education and skills training for students who struggle in the school system.

Sponsoring a young person in an alternative provision can drastically improve their educational outcomes, reducing school exclusions and helping them develop the skills needed for personal and academic success.

Sponsor a Teaching Assistant Apprentice

LMP offers organisations the unique opportunity to sponsor an apprentice through our apprenticeship training agency, allowing schools to gain much needed resources at no additional cost.

By sponsoring an apprentice in a specific area relevant to the organisation, you are not only helping schools address pressing needs but also enable apprentices to gain valuable skills and hands-on experience in their chosen career paths.

As part of the sponsorship, you can also volunteer time for mentorship or leadership training for apprentices.

Careers Workshops

Support the next generation by hosting a careers workshop. Career workshops can include different elements such as presentations, shadowing opportunities or short work placements.

They can include talks for young people on a particular industry or area, hands-on work experience, or office visits for young people.

Hosting a career workshop is an excellent opportunity to build a positive brand image, engage with the next generation of talent, and showcase their commitment to supporting education and career development.

Immersive Career Experiences

Young people benefit tremendously from immersive career experiences for a variety of reasons, as these opportunities provide critical skills, insights, and inspiration that shape their personal and professional futures.

Your organisation can make a real difference by sponsoring a residential camp and make a significant positive impact on young people’s personal and educational development.

Host a residential camp where young people can immerse themselves in a particular career field. These trips help young people aged 16-19 receive real world experience in a range of sectors, allowing them to live, learn, and work in new environments, boosting their skills and increasing their chances of securing future employment.

Festive Community Hampers

At certain times of the year communities across the UK need additional support in the form of food, essential supplies and toys for children, particularly those in lower socioeconomic areas.

Every year, LMP spreads holiday cheer to disadvantaged families. The initiative began in Hammersmith and Fulham and is currently expanding to other regions in the England.

LMP will work with you to support the local community by providing much needed food and supplies. Contact us to discuss ideas and how you can get involved.

Bespoke CSR Packages

Are you looking to get involved and support your local community? We can provide bespoke CSR support for a range of different initiatives in line with your values and objectives. If you recognise an educational or community-based opportunity in your local area that is not currently part of LMP’s CSR packages, we can still help facilitate your plans.  We can support you and your organisation with your ideas.
