We also deliver leadership & management apprenticeships and funded training programmes for the NHS and medical sectors. The Teaching Assistant Development Programme (TADP) is an innovative approach to developing the careers of Teaching Assistants. This programme includes a personalised suite of CPD courses to develop skills and knowledge. On the course you can access over 90 Anspear courses to develop teaching skills, understand statutory responsibilities, and SEND knowledge. Discover TADP
The enrolment for Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 has began. Please join the waiting list.
This is a fully funded training programme so there is no cost for the training. You will need to be in employment as a Teaching Assistant in a school to enrol on this programme.

If you are an apprentice, your login details will have been provided to you via email. Use those details to login to: https://web.bud.co.uk/
You should have a learner number and password. If you don’t have these details, please email your LMP tutor or email delivery@lmpeducation.org
If you are a Short Online Course learner, please follow the instructions on your enrolment email AEB@lmpeducation.org or contact your LMP tutor for further support.
We can certainly put you in touch with an LMP tutor please email delivery@lmpeducation.org and someone will get back to you within 3-5 days.
You should receive an electronic certificate within 4-6 weeks of completion. Your tutor will provide specific details on your certificate.
If you don’t receive your certificate within this timeframe please email missupport@lmpeducation.org for apprenticeships or misemployability@lmpeducation.org for Adult Short Online Courses & Skills Bootcamps.

The entry requirements for starting an apprenticeship with LMP are as follows:
You must have lived in the UK for 3+ years minimum.
You need to be aged 16 or over (with no upper age limit).
Have no prior learning within the area of study.
Have a form of UK ID required to enrol.

Off-the-job hours are the hours that an apprentice spends in training that are separate from their normal work duties, but still within their normal working hours. Off-the-job training is ‘learning that is undertaken outside day-to-day work duties’ and leads towards the achievement of the apprenticeship.
The typical duration of all the LMP apprenticeships vary from 16-26 months depending on the programme and level of the apprenticeship.

Most of the training for LMP apprenticeships takes place online. We deliver vibrant and engaging learning for all apprentices with a tailored learning plan for each individual. Each apprentice has a dedicated LMP tutor who will provide support throughout the programme.
Blended learning is an approach that combines online educational materials and opportunities for interaction online. LMP offers flexibility for learners including on-demand access to high quality online courses which means that apprentices can study on their own terms, as their work schedule allows. Learners also benefit from regular sessions with a tutor from LMP Education, who guides them through their course.

LMP delivers 40+ short online courses via the Adult Skills Fund, these are free UK government funded courses typically lasting 8-12 weeks. We offer a range of free online courses in the sectors: business, counselling, digital/IT, education, health & social care and SEND. Explore short courses

The quickest and easiest way to apply for a short online course is via our new website www.shortonlinecourses.co.uk/enrol-now. You can check your eligibility by entering your date of birth and postcode, and then you can apply online. Choose from over 40 short online courses!
The short courses delivered by LMP vary according to the programme. We do offer fast track short courses that are 2 week in length. Typically the Level 2 short courses are 8-10 weeks and the Level 3 short courses are 12-14 weeks.
The eligibility criteria for short online courses includes – you must be aged 19 or older as of August 31, 2024, you must live in a non-devolved area of England or Greater London Area, you must not already hold the qualification that is being delivered and you must not already hold a higher qualification in same subject. To start an apprenticeship or funded short course with LMP you must be living in England. You are able to purchase a short course if you live abroad.
The Counselling Skills Level 3 diploma has a typical course length of 20 weeks.
The Level 3 Counselling Skills Diploma is one of our most popular short online courses. The course is free (fully funded by UK government worth £2,000) if you meet the eligibility criteria. Check if you are eligible
No unfortunately we do not deliver electrician or trades courses – we only offer apprenticeships in teaching & early years, finance and business & professional sectors. LMP delivers a wide range of short online courses through the Short Courses Online website

You must meet the eligibility criteria for this course:
You must currently live in the Greater London Area (GLA). If you live in GLA you must show you have permission to remain in the UK for the next 365 days.
You must be over the age of 19 or older (on 31 August 2024) and be able to fully commit to this course.
You must have the relevant ID to register for this course (passport, visa/permit, birth certificate, or driving licence and proof of address within the last 3 months).
You must not have previously undertaken a Digital Marketing based Skills Bootcamp, and must not have previously done any other Bootcamp since 1st April 2024.
You must be unemployed. If you are employed, an employer contribution towards cost is required.
