This month we’d like to congratulate Joel Elford, a Content Creator Apprentice from The Windsor Academy Trust in Halesowen for achieving ‘Apprentice of the Month’.
Joel was nominated by his manager Martin Lopez and his tutor Veronique Enright.
Martin said “Joel has already proven to be an invaluable member of the team and has quickly shown how effectively he is applying his learning to his role. Joel creates incredibly engaging content for our digital platforms and has already built a reputation amongst the wider Windsor Academy Trust Family (1300 staff members) as a talented content creator,”
Veronique added ‘Joel is an exceptional learner and has already secured a position with his employer at the end of his apprenticeship. He always goes above and beyond all expectations and is always positive and willing to collaborate with other learners, namely when his help was required with Adobe Creative. His communication skills are outstanding, and he always remains calm under pressure.’
