Carla Ross is a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprentice with LMP Education working in Richmond academy. Here is her story:
“I decided to do this apprenticeship because I’ve worked in my setting for 9 years and wanted to upgrade my skills. I chose to do an apprenticeship because I work in my setting every day and find this way very useful.
The main benefits of doing an apprenticeship are working and learning on the job and having fantastic support.
I’m most proud on how much I’ve improved my written skills during this programme, I have worked very hard on my written work, and my skills have gotten better.
After completing my apprenticeship, I look to develop skills in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).”
Well done, Carla, best of luck in the future!
