I have recently achieved an Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship with LMP Education. Over the last 18 months, I have experienced a wonderful journey with my LMP tutor, Scarlet Lunn, supporting me. She is an amazing tutor who delivered all the learning sessions to help me improve my knowledge and skills.
As English is my second language, I have been provided with English exercises booklets, web pages, and extra support. Scarlett has given me the best support she could and as a result, I also passed my English exam.
During my 18-month apprenticeship, I had some personal challenges and lost my confidence at times. Scarlet gave me lots of support including providing extra time and respect, and without her, I would have really struggled to finish my apprenticeship on time.
I would like to say a big thank you to Scarlet and the rest of the LMP Education team. Thank you all for being so wonderful, I am now looking forward to a career in Early Years.
