Initially we were unsure about which training provider we were going to work with. However, when we met with the team from LMP we were really impressed and felt their apprenticeships could help us with our systematic approach to school improvement.
We now feel that LMP understand our trust and they have the flexibility to adapt to our changing needs, for example when we take on new academies. LMP are always there to support us and ensure that existing staff are upskilled, which is vitally important for us. We also work very closely making sure the courses they offer fit in with our strategic planning. During our partnership so far LMP have trained more than 90 apprentices across 32 academies in the North of England.
