We ended 2023 by making a difference to over 1000 families across the Hammersmith and Fulham community by delivering 1000 festive hampers. We are proud to share that with LMP Action and support from the community, we have delivered over 1000 hampers for families across the Hammersmith & Fulham Borough. This is one of our favourite days of the year – the impact is huge, and we have the chance to reflect on how lucky we are and what an amazing network of people we work with. If these hampers can bring some smiles and ease anxiety over the Christmas period, it is a win!
We would also like to say a massive thank you to Latymer Upper School for the space you provide and the amazing young people that gave their time for the two days of packing and preparing hampers.
