LMP appoints two new directors to the Senior Executive Board

As LMP continues its rapid growth trajectory we are delighted to announce the appointment of two new directors to the organisation.

Joining recently with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Kathryn Osborn was appointed as Quality Director and Lisa Kilgallon as Operations Director.

Kathryn Osborn is passionate about quality and impact and believes all learners should have the same access to high-quality provisions empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Her role is to implement and drive change to achieve results whilst also keeping the learner at the heart of every decision.

Having worked in the Apprenticeship and Training sector for 20 years, Kathryn also has experience in sales, operations, delivery, compliance and quality. She has also been an Ofsted nominee on 3 occasions and supported new providers with their first monitoring visits.

Operations Director, Lisa Kilgallon, has worked in vocational education for 18 years and brings with her extensive knowledge and industry experience. Lisa believes in developing people to their full potential and is driven to provide the highest standard of customer service across all areas.  

Lisa is an energetic visionary who puts the happiness and well-being of the team above all else, believing that success will come from a happy collaborative workforce. She is committed to driving culture change and lead operational and quality transformations, resulting in a value-driven team who are focused on delivering an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time.

An experienced leader in the FE & Skills sector, Lisa also promotes continuous development and delivering high-quality learning.  Ultimately, this positively impacts on the experience our client partners and learners receive, supporting them to achieve their strategic goals.
