Over the last 18 years, LMP has grown from a small business employing a handful of people to a market leading training provider with over 170 members of staff. For 18 years now we have been creating opportunities for young people and adults, and we are very grateful to all that have worked for us over this time. Our purpose is impacting personal and career development through inspirational journeys, not only for our learners and clients but also our employees.

Here are some of the LMP team and an outline of their career pathway success so far.

Claire Smith – Head of Teaching, Early Years & Sport  

Claire joined LMP Education in April 2018 as a Tutor. She then progressed to become a Performance Manger in 2019, followed by Head of Teaching, Early Years and Sports. Clair currently heads up one of the largest divisions of the business overseeing the delivery of tuition, programme management and curriculum planning.

Jamie McVey – Sales Director  

Jamie joined LMP in November 2012 as Lead Tutor for NEET Education. In 2014 he progressed to become Sports Education Manager. In August 2017 he became Associate Director and then Sales Director in 2019. Jamie is a real asset to the business with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the sector. He regularly represents the business at key educational events and has grown the business development, sales and recruitment teams over the last four years.

Andrew Wilding – Sales Manager

Andrew joined the company as an Apprenticeship Recruiter in 2017.  He was promoted to Account Manager in 2018, followed by Senior Account Manager in 2021 and Sales Manager for Inspire ATA in 2022.

Giulia Scarabaggio – Head of Operations

Giulia joined the business as Operations Intern in 2016 moving to the UK from Italy. She then was promoted to Operations Assistant in 2017 and Operations Manager for Inspire ATA in 2018. Giulia also joined the Senior Management Team in 2021 and currently holds the position of Head of Operations. She has been key in developing Inspire ATA increasing the team and also supporting over 190 apprentices into employment in 2022.

Tracie Shearwood – Sales Operations Manager  

Tracie joined the LMP family in January 2019 on a temporary contract. She enjoyed the role so much she applied for a permanent position in the enrolment division. Tracie has really grown with LMP, making the department more robust and successful. She was promoted to Sales Operations Manager in 2021, taking the department from 2 to 7 people within 2 years. Keep up the great work Tracie.

Vicky Hewitson – Quality Assurance Manager, Apprenticeships

Vicky began her LMP journey as a tutor in March 2017. She then progressed onto become a Lead IQA in Spring 2018 quickly followed by being promoted to Team Manager in 2019. Vicky’s commitment and passion has really shone through as she developed into a Leads IQA role in 2020 and then she was promoted to Quality Assurance Manger responsible for Apprenticeships in April 2021. Vicky has recently been awarded LMP Monthly Star for all her work on the new curriculum build and inspiration provided to other members of staff.
