2025 has been a fantastic year for LMP Group. We were able to grow and support more learners than ever before. As we come into the final days of the year, we’d like to look back and review the successes of 2025.
Group-wide success
In 2025 LMP Group and its companies have gained several prestigious awards and accolades including Leaders in Safeguarding GOLD and Investors in People. The team from LMP Education took part in an Ofsted inspection in July and we were thrilled to achieve lots of positive feedback and achieve a grade ‘Good’.
Earlier this year we have also won Best Company at the MAT Awards and have entered the Rate My Apprenticeship Best Training Provider award.
Amy Lalla, Co-Founder of LMP Group said: “2025 showed what’s achievable when expertise, compassion and purpose come together. Every team contributed to the momentum we built this year.
Our work has always been about changing lives through education. In 2025, we saw that purpose lived out every single day. The year proved once again that when you put people first, everything else follows.”
Apprenticeships
This year LMP Education has delivered 17 apprenticeship standards to over 3000 apprentices in the education, early years, business and finance sectors. Our learners have achieved a high distinction rate with many going on to secure a full-time role.
During this year Inspire ATA partnered with new employers, helping to provide more opportunities for over 100 of our learners.
Adult Skills Fund (short courses)
Our Adult Skills Funded (ASF) department has over 5000 short courses this year, engaging 5846 learners who have chosen their course from a range of 41 online programmes. We are delighted that many learners have obtained a job outcome following the completion of their short course.
We have also delivered our Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp course to over 400 people in the Greater London and West Sussex areas. With 211 people securing work after completion.
LMP Action
Our Community Interest Company (CIC) LMP Action has engaged 448 young people through its camps this year, providing 2461 hot meals to young people in need. The CIC has run 178 events, leading to 6 people achieving a music production qualification. Additionally, LMP Action has secured 35 new partnerships in 2025.
LMP Action Alternative Provision (AP) continued to provide education outcomes to young people who struggle in mainstream education, leading to 100% positive destinations for its Year 11 pupils. Additionally, 97% of pupils achieved a BTEC Vocational Qualification through LMP Action AP. The curriculum provided continued to expand in 2025, offering courses such as cooking, gardening and core subjects.
During this year LMP Action AP became the approved provider to 3 new local authorities and has collaborated with Teaching Personnel to create a pop-up AP provision. Additionally, we’ve provided Fleet education with a face-to-face onsite solution. Lastly, we have launched a Pre-Apprenticeship programme launched in partnership with EAP and Connexions – supported by Inspire ATA.
Amy Lalla continues: “We end the year stronger, clearer and more connected than we started it – and that sets us up brilliantly for 2026. This strength has come from every corner of the organisation: the teams who kept standards high, the leaders who stayed focused on quality, and the people who continued to put learners at the heart of every decision.”
Matthew Lord, Co-Founder of LMP Group concludes: “It has been the most challenging year of my working life, but also the one I will remember most vividly. Not because we got through 2 major audits, a full Ofsted inspection, achieved Leaders in Safeguarding Gold and Investors in People Platinum, or because we achieved record growth with all that going on. But because I saw how people came together, how individuals stepped up when they were most needed, how staff members took on the biggest challenges in the most pressured environments, and how certain people became leaders when gaps emerged, and leaders were needed. This year created individual superstars, it created winners, and it has established a team of people who have no limits and no fear.
It isn’t the awards and achievements that I will remember about this year; it is the special moments I witnessed: the tears, the laughs, the stress, the joy, the celebrations, the stories, and the love. It is the people, the journey, and the shared emotions I will remember.”
