This month we’d like to congratulate Jessica May Smith, a Teaching Assistant Apprentice from Alconbury Primary School for achieving ‘Apprentice of the Month’.
Jessica was nominated by her tutor, Sharron Dunnings.
Sharron said: “Jessica is an exemplary student. From the start of the course where she was a little shy and nervous she has shone and developed so much.
She is completing her course work earlier than planned and is now looking to achieve earlier than planned as well.
On top of this Jess has been running after school clubs as well as doing her apprenticeship.
Jessica has now also applied for her to train as a teacher, showing her already planning to expand her skills and career.
Jessica is such a great role model for the other apprentices in her school, who on a number of occasions she has supported them in their coursework as well.
Jessica should be so proud of how hard she is working and the support she is giving to all.”
Well done Jessica!
