LMP Education is proud to announce the launch of three brand-new apprenticeship programmes designed to help schools and organisations develop the specialist skills needed to meet growing workforce demands.
Launching today, the new programmes will provide employers with fully funded opportunities to recruit, upskill and retain talented professionals in high-demand roles across education and business.
The new apprenticeship programmes are:
- Autism Support Practitioner Apprenticeship – equipping practitioners with the specialist knowledge and practical strategies to support autistic children and young people, creating more inclusive learning environments.
- Speech & Language Support Practitioner Apprenticeship – helping education professionals develop the expertise to identify and support speech, language and communication needs, enabling learners to reach their full potential.
- HR Support Apprenticeship – developing skilled HR professionals who can strengthen people practices, support employee wellbeing and contribute to organisational success.
These new additions further strengthen LMP Education’s growing portfolio of apprenticeship programmes, enabling employers to respond to evolving workforce needs while investing in their people through high-quality, government-funded training.
Paul Hudson, Business Director at LMP Education, said:
