Team Leader Apprenticeship Level 3

Equip your team leaders with the leadership skills they need to thrive in today’s dynamic workplace with this comprehensive Team Leader training programme. 

 

The Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship is a funded training programme is designed for supervisory or first line managers.  

 

Designed to enhance leadership capabilities, foster collaboration, and drive team performance, this programme is the ideal investment in developing confident and capable team leaders. Empower your leaders to inspire their teams and contribute more effectively to your organisation’s success with training that seamlessly integrates into any schedule. 

 

This programme includes modules such as data collection, problem analysis, people/relationships, future planning, building a high performing team, communication, managing change, using technology and project management. Upon completion of the programme, the learner will receive CMI L3 Award in Principles Management and Leadership. 

 

The certification is awarded following the submission of a written assignment that is holistically created in conjunction with the standard, recognising enhanced skills and expertise in management and leadership. It provides valuable professional credentials to boost careers and demonstrates commitment to excellence in the field.

Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager 

This programme can open the door to a wide range of leadership and management roles. You can also progress onto the Level 5 Operations Manager training programme for further career development.

 

Depending on interests and industry, you may also look to branch into Project Management (via APM or PRINCE2), HR or Recruitment, Operations or Compliance, Health & Social Care Management. 

 

On completion, you may choose to register as Associate Members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management to support their professional career development and progression.

 

You can also apply for Foundation Chartered Manager status upon completion of this programme.

To start this apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK 3+ years minimum and have a form of UK ID required at enrolment. You must be age 16+ (with no upper age limit) with no prior learning within the area of study.     

 

You must also be employed with team responsibilities and looking develop skills in team leadership.
