What is a CIC?  

A Community Interest Company is a special type of social enterprise designed to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. Unlike traditional businesses, CICs reinvest their profits into projects and services that support people who need them most. For LMP Action, that means providing essential support to young people through education, training, and personal development opportunities.
