Award winning training provider and leading education specialist, LMP Education, has appointed a number of senior leaders ahead of the new academic year. As the organisation continues its impressive growth trajectory these new hires strengthen its position in the market to deliver quality apprenticeship programmes and develop careers.
As part of Supporting Education Group – recognised as one of the UK’s largest education service providers – LMP has experienced significant expansion over the past 18 months, supporting increasing numbers of learners, employers and education partners across its portfolio of funded training programmes.
To support continued growth and enhance its services across the education and skills sectors, LMP has welcomed experienced industry leaders to its senior management team.
Earlier this year, Paul Hudson joined the organisation as Business Director, overseeing all three LMP divisions: LMP Education, Inspire ATA and LMP Action. Paul brings extensive leadership experience gained through CEO, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer roles across multiple sectors, including skills and training. His passion for innovation, operational excellence and customer success will help drive the next phase of LMP’s development.
Joining the successful apprenticeship division is Craig Goldsmith, who has been appointed Associate Director of Apprenticeships. Craig leads LMP Education’s growing apprenticeship delivery team, bringing a wealth of expertise from the further education, training and apprenticeship sectors. His experience will support the continued delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes and commitment to learner voice.
Martha Walsh is leading as Associate Business Director, working closely with LMP’s expanding partnership teams. Martha supports clients and learners across education, early years, business and professional services, and NHS sectors, helping strengthen client relationships and create impactful solutions to address pain points.
In the role of Associate Director of Employability, Samina Iqbal is managing the organisation’s employability provision, including Adult Skills Fund programmes and the LMP Action division. She works with local authorities, employers and community partners to shape skills provision that responds to labour market needs while creating positive outcomes for learners and communities.
Alongside these new appointments, LMP continues to benefit from the expertise of its established senior leaders, including Jacob Salt-Berrymen, Head of Continuous Improvement; Anita De Villiers, Head of Safeguarding; Anna Falcucci, Head of Funding and Compliance; and Emma Holmes, Head of Marketing.
Within Inspire ATA, the organisation’s specialist apprenticeship recruitment division, Andrew Wilding, Head of Sales and Recruitment, and Giulia Scarabaggio, Head of Operations and Projects, continue to play a key role in working with clients to recruit high-quality apprenticeship talent.
