All the teams at the LMP Group came together last week to celebrate winning 2 RateMyApprenticeship Awards.
The RateMyApprenticeship’s Best Employers and Training Providers 2022-23 were announced on Wednesday 20th July. The virtual event celebrated the employers and training providers that are leading the way in offering world-class apprenticeships to school and college leavers in the UK.
Over 600 people joined together to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of apprentices, schools & colleges, employers, and training providers.
The LMP Group received two awards at the event, with LMP Education achieving 3rd place in the ‘Best Training Provider’ category and sister company, Inspire ATA, also receiving 3rd place in the ‘Best Employer’ section.
The team from LMP and Inspire tuned in together to watch the event live, as hosts Oliver Sidwell and Tim Campbell made the announcements.
Last year Inspire ATA came in 19th place in the ‘Top Employers’ category, however, after a tense countdown they were thrilled to move up 16 places to achieve 3rd place for 2022/23 ahead of many large multinational organisations. Inspire ATA specialises in creating apprenticeship opportunities for young people entering the workforce for the first time and is the only flexi-job apprenticeship agency to feature in the ‘Top 100 Employers’ list.
LMP Education is a national apprenticeship training provider that works with over 1000 apprentices and 500 organisations across the UK to design, develop and deliver effective apprenticeship strategies. Previously LMP Education won 4th place in the ‘Top Training Providers’ category so to move up to 3rd place for 2022/23 demonstrates commitment and support from apprentices and staff.
